Tara and Shane, a dynamic duo with a passion for sweet treats, took over Yogis in 2021 and have been infusing the beloved frozen yogurt shop with their own brand of creativity and warmth ever since. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has solidified Yogis' reputation as a go-to destination for frozen delights and other homemade desserts. Their love for Nelson and knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere have made Yogis a cherished spot in the community. Alongside their four children, Tara and Shane continue to make Yogis a standout gem in the hearts of Nelson locals and visitors from around the country and rest of the world.

In addition to owning and running Yogis, Shane and Tara work full-time with a local Christian charity that gives back to the local community, as well as helps to train and reach out in the developing world.
